To help accomplish our goal of perfectly planning every detail of your event, we have a set of integrated Online Planning Tools that every client has access to on their own password protected website. These tools are available to our clients 24x7 so updates can be made as needed.

Our online Music Database allows you to select songs for your event and put them in playlists for Must Play and Do Not Play selections. Check out our Most Requested Songs which are arranged by category. The music database also integrates with Amazon MP3 so you can listen to song samples.

We meet in person to review everything together during our final planning meeting, about 2 weeks before your event.

On the day of your event, we use this information to coordinate with your other wedding vendors to be sure that everyone is on the same page.
